These are more exercises to do at home than at the gym. They are super easy and effective!

Works! Toning thighs is not easy. This books makes it doable.

All the exercises are so simple and can be found online. I thougth there would be some things I already didn't know. I'm a personal trainer and know at least a hundred exercises that are better then the ones I saw in the book.

If you are already an exercise enthusiast, then you're probably already familiar with these. If you've just decided to start working on developing killer legs, these are, hands down, the very best exercises available and, best of all, little to no equipment is required. I love that the book contains illustrations showing proper form.

I found this book to be lacking in explanation I had hoped for a more in-depth description and photos of the exercises (with real people).
